Terms of Service

Sales Buddy is owned and operated by Singular Mechanics, Canada. By registering, accessing or using any services developed, performed, maintained or hosted by SalesBuddy, including all websites and IP addresses available at and configured for use at SalesBuddy.io, you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions (“Terms of Service.”).


SalesBuddy has the right to revise, update and change the Terms of Service without notice to you. You agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.




Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new features and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. You agree to engage SalesBuddy at your own risk..

Account Terms

You must be 18+ to engage SalesBuddy. Sales Buddy requires a valid email address and other information upon signup. If you provide incomplete or inaccurate information, SalesBuddy reserves the right to terminate your services.


You are responsible for all content (including email content) related to your campaign operation. You may not use SalesBuddy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright, spam, or trademark laws.


You are responsible for complying with all applicable provincial, local, state, national and foreign laws relating to your use of the service. You may not violate any applicable law or regulation; post or transmit any materials that violate any applicable local law; use the service for any fraudulent or inappropriate purpose.


You may not use any robot, spider, another automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content from SalesBuddy. You may not resell, duplicate or reproduce or exploit any part of the service without the express written consent of SalesBuddy.


SalesBuddy may modify, suspend or discontinue this service at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. SalesBuddy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.SalesBuddy claims no ownership, responsibility or intellectual property rights over any of the content or materials you provide to SalesBuddy.


If you cancel or terminate your Service, all of your content, data, information, text, files, documents, images may be immediately deleted from the Service. In circumstances whereby a customer requests the transfer of domain ownership, a transfer fee of $195 is required to be paid by the customer prior to the transfer.

Payment Terms

Sales Buddy services are billed in advance, monthly or quarterly. Once the initial period paid for has come to an end (i.e., either the month or quarter selected by the client), the package will automatically renew on the same basis (the same time period and package), unless the client expressly requests that a change be made within 48 hours of the billing date.


No refunds, or credits for partial months of service. No upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an active account will be granted. Refunds for the first month of a new campaign on a monthly, not quarterly, billing cycle are granted only if a) if the minimum lead number specified in the monthly plan is not met b) if the content of the emails has not been significantly changed at the customers express request, as such changes, which deviate from the email copy created and provided by SalesBuddy, can impact considerably on the overall results of the campaign and c) if the targeting criteria has not been significantly changed compared to the requirements that were initially provided by the client.


The ‘new client’ guarantee applies exclusively to the first month of a new campaign. In the event of clients failing to receive the minimum number of leads guaranteed in first month of a new campaign purchased on a monthly billing cycle (guarantees are not offered for quarterly billing as such plans are designed for existing, not new, clients in the second or subsequent months of an ongoing campaign), SalesBuddy will continue the campaign at their expense, including additional leads and/or newly written email copy, for an extra 60 days (90 days in total) following the deployment of the campaign (i.e., after it has been set up, and the client has approved it) to make up the shortfall and ensure delivery of the minimum amount of leads specified in the plan for the first month only.

5-8 Hot Leads for the ‘Quick Start’ plan

10-15 Hot Leads for the ‘Professional’ plan

20-30 Hot Leads for the ‘Enterprise’ plan


Should SalesBuddy fail to make up the shortfall in leads (the difference between the minimum lead quota specified in the plan for the first month only) within the specified 90-day timeframe detailed above, the client can request an immediate refund. Eligible refunds must be submitted by email (refunds@SalesBuddy.io) within a maximum of 14 days once the refund eligibility period starts.

N.B. a minimum quota of leads is guaranteed for the first month of a new campaign as per the package selected by the client. If there is a shortfall in that first month, then only the number of leads which were not delivered are delivered in the subsequent months if the campaign ceases; if the campaign continues for the second month then the shortfall from month one (the number of leads not delivered) is added in the next month to make up the deficit in a previous month in addition to the leads provided in month two. The guarantee is based on ensuring that the leads – companies SalesBuddy reach out to that respond with interest – match the criteria set in the client profiles during the onboarding process.


SalesBuddy reserves the right to terminate or suspend an account for non-payment of the subscription dues. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. SalesBuddy reserves the right to change service fees with 30 days notice. Such notice may be given at any time by posting the changes to the SalesBuddy.io website (https://www.SalesBuddy.io) or through email. Existing customers will be grandfathered in.

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for correctly canceling your account. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We require a minimum of 72 hours cancellation notice before your next billing date. There is no cancellation fee. All of your Content may be deleted immediately from the Service upon cancellation. Once you cancel your account, your Content cannot be recovered.

Intellectual Property Rights

You agree that SalesBuddy owns all rights to the code, databases, visual design and layout of the service itself. SalesBuddy claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. You may not duplicate, copy, change or reuse any portion of the content of SalesBuddy service without the express written consent of SalesBuddy.

Warranties and Liability

SalesBuddy does not warrant that:

The service will meet your requirements or expectations.

The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, bug or error-free.

The calculations performed by the service are accurate.

Any errors or bugs in the service will be corrected.


You expressly understand and agree that SalesBuddy  shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if SalesBuddy has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your usage of the service.

General Conditions

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. You acknowledge, understand and agree that SalesBuddy provides the service to you “As Is” and “As Available” without warranty or condition of any kind. Technical support is offered only to paying account holders and is available as per the terms of your account.


You understand that SalesBuddy uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run and manage the service. You acknowledge, understand and agree that SalesBuddy cannot guarantee the security of your data while it is being transmitted over the Internet and through servers that are out of our control.


You must not modify, adapt or hack the service or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated, linked to, or partnered with SalesBuddy.io.Verbal, physical, written or other abuse of any SalesBuddy customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SalesBuddy, its officers, directors, employees and its agents from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, made by any third party due to or resulting from your use of the service or your violation of this Terms of Service. You agree to receive administrative and legal notices about the service electronically via email or snail mail.


The failure of SalesBuddy to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and SalesBuddy and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and SalesBuddy (including, but not limited to, any previous versions of the Terms of Service).

Privacy Policy

Singular Mechanics Ltd. understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your data is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits https://SalesBuddy.io, (“Our Site”) and will only collect and use personal data in ways described here, and in a manner consistent with our obligations and your lawful rights.
